19-08-2016Master of Pastry Jeroen Goossens recently delivered this unique custom made dessert during a private dinner party with 120 persons of the WEF 2016 in a hotel in Davos. The dessert is made of citrus fruit and citrus blossom and is presented with a very special effect by making use of both dry ice and lighting.
