Jeroen Goossens and Bart de Gans are the winners of the 1st price in competition with a playing field of 20 teams

During only one competition day they have created a statue with a height of 3 meters titled “Ocean Secrets” by making use of 5 iceblocks (600kg total weight). All parts of the icesculptures are manufactured totally handmade by making use of tools like chainsaw, iron and gas burner.

As Top Pastrychefs in Holland they are used to work with a strong teamspirit and a good workload balancing, by means of a tight schedule and organisational power. Everything has been created accurately and is made with extreme precision. The big smile on the faces of the winners and the cheers of the great team of supporters during the awards ceremony was fantastic! Bravo!
